One of the many tools realtors use to market themselves is postcard farming. In this process, realtors mail out postcards to their sphere of influence on a regular basis, most often monthly or quarterly. Besides the normal "Just Sold" or "Just Listed" cards, some agents send cards with useful information, in hopes that the recipient will pin it on their fridge or otherwise keep it handy and remember that agent as a helpful source of information about the area.
Above is a selection of postcard designs I've created, including both company-wide templates and custom designs for specific agents. The back of each postcard contains the mailing panel, a message from the agent, and the agent's contact information.
